We need forms we didn't think of

The CraftForm tester program is a small, invite-only cohort. You build real forms and tell us what breaks; we build what you actually need. It's work, and we treat it that way.

Shape what gets built

Testers see the roadmap before it's a roadmap. Which AI features ship, how they behave, where they get it wrong — you're in that conversation directly, not filing tickets into a void.

The cohort is deliberately small. One well-argued objection from a tester has already changed what we build more than once.

What we need from you

Read this part before the next part. Testers who don't do these things don't stay in the cohort.

Real forms

Build things you'd actually put in front of people. Weird shapes, awkward edge cases, forms you're not sure we support — those are the useful ones.

Usage data on

Non-negotiable. We need to see how forms and AI features behave in real use. If that's a dealbreaker, this isn't the program for you — and that's a fine answer.

Two calls a cohort

Thirty minutes each. We ask what's broken, you tell us. No slide decks, no prep required.

Answer the pings

When something breaks and we need a reproduction, we'll ask. Reasonably fast replies are what keeps the program worth running.

What you get

Credits on us

Granted per tester, based on what you're building. There's no fixed cap to design around — tell us what you need and why.

A direct line

A shared channel with the engineers who wrote the thing. Not a support queue, not a form that emails a ticket into the dark.

Founder pricing

Testers who convert at the end of a cohort keep founder pricing for up to one year as the account stays active.

Who we're looking for

We want AI tested across every shape a form can take — not four hundred copies of the same survey. If one of these sounds like you, apply.

Short surveys

A handful of questions, sent to a lot of people. Quick in, quick out.

Long branching intakes

Onboarding, applications, qualification flows — where the next question depends on the last answer.

Piping-heavy forms

Answers feeding into later questions, so the form reads like it was written for one person.

High volume

Thousands of responses a month, where the AI has to hold up under sustained load.

This is not a free plan

Worth being blunt about it. The tester program is invite-only, runs in cohorts, and ends. We read every application and turn most of them down — not because they're bad, but because we need a spread of use cases, not a crowd.

If what you actually want is to use CraftForm without paying, the Free plan is there. Always, no application required, no end date.

About three minutes. Built in CraftForm, naturally — so you're seeing the product before you fill anything in.

FAQ

How long does a cohort run?

It depends, typically twelve weeks but it can be more or less. You get the end date when you're accepted, and we don't move it on you.

What happens when it ends?

You get an offer to convert at founder pricing. Take it or don't — if you don't, the account drops to the Free plan. Your forms and your responses stay where they are either way.

What data do you collect?

Usage volume, token counts on AI features, the structure of the forms you build, and response timings — plus whatever you tell us on the calls. Respondent data is handled exactly as it is for every other account: we don't train on it.

How do you pick?

We're filling gaps in what we've seen. If your use case looks like something we haven't tested yet, your odds are good — company size doesn't come into it.
